Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

This is my story about how I lost 26 pounds of pure fat

The story I tell you is true. My name is Andrea, and I now live in Utah, just south of Salt Lake City. I've seen so many bogus "miracle stories" out there that I felt almost obligated to share my real success with the world.

For the record, I'm not getting a paycheck for this, and the pictures that I will post are really me--some are quite embarrassing. Hopefully my story is inspirational to you. I know that feeling fat can make every day depressing and frustrating. I'm here to tell you that there's hope! And this may sound cheesy, but I owe so much to a product called Slim365. How I gained the weight that wouldn't go away

I'll begin my story with the first picture, at my heaviest. This was shortly after the birth of my second child. I was only 27 years old and was already the mother of two beautiful young girls. They are the joy of my life, but here I was still young, 30 pounds overweight, and I felt like my body had been through the ringer and was ready to throw in the towel. None of my cute clothes fit me. I often had to make do with my old maternity outfits! My arms felt like grandma-arms. Plus I had no energy, and NEVER wanted to go out and be social.

I weighed almost 150 at this point, and all I could think was, "where did my cute, college-girl body go from just a few years ago?"

It turns out that it is common, almost expected, that moms have trouble losing weight after having a baby. As true as it was, this fact did nothing to console me. I was discouraged and beat. And with two kids to raise, it was becoming harder and harder to take the time to eat healthier or exercise.

I tried the diets and fads. But they ended up draining my energy as well as my wallet. We got a treadmill in our home, and I began jogging. I'm happy to note that I lost a little weight, but my weight plateaued faster than you can say "oh dear, look at my thighs." Plus, being the mother of two girsl makes it nearly impossible to find the time (or willpower) to run hard every day.

I began thinking that I should accept this new, fat me and get on with life.

No marathons for me. The best way to use Slim365 is to take it about 30 minutes before a meal. That worked wonders for me. It cut my food intake way down without the hunger pangs and grumpiness that go along with it. Plus I tried it risk-free. Hope this helps!
